individual seeking a match must be above the marriageable age, based on the laws
of the country that the individual is residing in. As per the laws of India, the

Member Conduct:
As a member of IndianRishtey your use of the service is strictly at your own
risk and you are solely responsible for the given information. You are also
responsible for your interactions with other IndianRishtey.com Members. Messages
sent to members of the opposite gender should be only for the purpose of finding
a life partner. You are not allowed to misuse the service. You may not include
in your Member profile, any telephone numbers, street addresses, last names,
URL's, and email addresses visible to other members. He/She shall not
post/publish/ through IndianRishtey.com any material that is obscene,
defamatory, threatening, harassing, abusive, hateful, or embarrassing to another
user or any other person or entity.
Validity period:
This agreement is valid, as long as you are a member/ use the services offered
by IndianRishtey.com.
If your membership is terminated by IndianRishtey.com for breach of agreement,
you will not be entitled to any refund on the subscription/membership charges
paid.
Termination:
IndianRishtey.com has the right to terminate your profile without any prior
notice with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately, for
any reason whatsoever. Any content/photos that you post on IndianRishtey that is
deemed offensive, illegal or is violating the rights of other members can be
reviewed and edited or deleted by the IndianRishtey team. We also have the right
to cancel or revoke the membership without notice in that case.
